Overall, not a good place to stay. Useless staff members who don't answer the phone and there are no amenities at all. The place also smells weird, there is no central air so it is very hot in hallways and stairs, no elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms, and the hotel is just generally unpleasant. more

We stayed at the Royal Plaza during my SRU graduation. Not a bad place. I would recommend, but don't expect the most beautiful place around! The staff was probably the best part of our stay though. more
