We loved our visit to Bristol, RI. Warren and Diane are excellent hosts/inn-keepers. Full of trivia and recommendations. They gave us a coupon book to visit local stores which I thought was a great touch. Breakfast was huge and excellent. We didn't have to eat lunch both days because breakfast kept us going. The inn itself has 5 rooms. Old... More

Innkeepers are very accommodating. The inn itself is charming and old, but kept up-to-date. This was our second visit there; we'd been there on a visit one year ago, and for the next visit there was just no question as to where we'd stay. Bristol itself is a great destination. A lot of the kinds of attractions that bring people... More

Having never stayed in the Bristol area we were pleasantly surprised with the Inn and the town as well. Diane & Warren couldn't have been better hosts and the breakfast was the best we have ever experienced at a B&B. Our package included a discount for one of several local restaurants and we chose to go to Roberto's. The meal... More

April anniversary and we wanted to get away to a nice place. This far exceeded our expectations. Diane & Warren were so welcoming, so knowledgeable of the area and surrounding that they had recommendations for places no matter what you were looking for. Bristol has some great restaurants and they both had great suggestions for all type of food types.... More

Received a gift of a stay at the William's Grant Inn. Diane and Warren are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. Walked through the front door and take a step back in time. The antiques in every room and hand painted walls create a warm and inviting place. The decor is only second to the homemade cookies and breakfast. Prepare to be pampered.... More

My honey and I needed a weekend away so headed to Bristol, RI after booking a reservation for Friday and Saturday night at this lovely B&B. Warren greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room. He let us know there was a sitting room upstairs with complimentary water, soda and a small selection of aperitifs. The bed... More

We recently stayed at the William's Grant Inn for our 1st wedding Anniversary trip. This place was beatuiful! Diane and Warren are magnificent hosts. We stayed in the Garden Room over looking the small pond an dgarden area. The room was elegant and had lots of space. The bathroom was very spacious too. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast.... We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The historic house was nicely preserved -- no Home Depot plastic crap. The room was adorable and had everything you could need and more -- super-comfortable bed, chocolate chip cookies, coffee & tea selection... and it should go without saying, you don't get 5 stars unless it is spotless! Tho' there was... More

We don't generally stay in B&B's, so this was quite a novel experience for us. A really lovely house in a lovely street in a lovely Rhode Island town. Only 4 bedrooms I think, each decorated in original and quirky fashion, as were the public rooms, including a vast array of teddy bears. Landlord Warren had to manage on his... More

There are fifteen large koi in the fish pond placed in the back gardens, an oasis of fern and other greenery. The rhododendrons are magnificent in the spring. Each room is decorated in its own style with antiques. Each has a queen bed and a private bath. A full gourmet breakfast is included for all guests.
