I frequently travel with my wife on business all over Pennsylvania and pride myself in obtaining 4 star hotels by bidding ridiculously low! The Williamsport area presented a challenge and no 4 Stars. After a few rejected bids, I regrouped and discovered I could book this place at the same of less than a 2 1/2 star in the area!...
