I've stayed here a few times and recently spent a one-night stay in January. The clerk at the front desk was cheerful and had paper bags containing bottled water, potato chips and a granola bar waiting for Priority Club members. My room just off the interior courtyard (called the Holidome) was spacious but very warm. Despite turning off the only... More

Stayed here for weeks on end. Everything was great, especially the bar. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the on site restaurant left something to be desired. The rooms facing the inside of the hotel are susceptible to noise from the indoor pool/hot tub area. not a huge deal overall for me (i requested outward facing... More

Anyone with a negative review is crazy-we stayed there last Friday night with my son and two of his friends for his 10th birthday-we had a room close to the pool(very clean, roomy, convenient with a mini fridge and microwave)The pool/courtyard area was outstanding-roomy-and the kids had the time of their life!! My husband went to the bar several times to get... More

Stayed overnight here on way back to Pittsburgh and its ok, and just that. Outside in the evening large trailer vehicles are parked which makes you wonder where you are, while the layout is quite odd. There is a central pool area with rooms positioned off it on two floors. Don't bring large pieces of luggage as there are no... More

Thank you Lisa and your staff for a wonderful experience. Besides all of the work everyone did and the food was outstanding!! Our rooms were spacious and clean. Our extended family enjoyed many different parts of the hotel from the children to the adults. Sandy in the bar was great and I want to also tell you that I think... More

I stayed here two nights recently because of a work trip. When I tried to check in mid-morning on Friday, the hotel was booked (go figure). After killing about four hours in the area, got to my room. It was utilitarian. Relatively clean (you could smell the cleaning products). Bed was pretty comfortable and I liked the choice of soft... More

We were attending a wedding in Uniontown and they had set aside rooms at this hotel. The rooms were okay and the facilty had a big covered open area in the center of the building with a pool and childrens playground. Lot's of space to sit around. Most of the building had been updated, but there was still some age... More

At first you swear this hotel looks like an old mini-mall or Kmart complex. It is a large facility. Check-In was actually kind of hard to find but once inside you get a better sense of just how large the facility it is. We requested a room close to the pool but not a 'pool room' (extra costs for that).... More

We made reservations at the Uniontown PA hotel because we were going on a Youghiogheny rafting trip the next day. Upon entering the lobby, we were surprised at the lovely mural, snack amenities, gift bag (bottle of water and couple of bags of chips), and the fact that the hotel did not just have an indoor pool, but an indoor... Dear Guest: I am sorry your stay with us did not provide you with the quality experience you deserve. Your note does not say what the exact date of your stay was, nor does it give the room number, so it is difficult to pinpoint one person responsible for the cleanliness of your room. As such, I have brought your... More

I booked this hotel because of reviews talking about how comfortable it was. The room was filthy, the bed horribly uncomfortable and there were always questionable people milling around. I expected much more to the $130 a night they charged! I'm a diamond level reward member an they didn't upgrade our room or comp breakfast, a standard practice at other... More

Dear Guest: I am sorry that your stay was not what you expected. I am not certain what date you stayed with us or what room you were in, but I have discussed your issues with our General Manager and he has brought them to the attention of our Executive Housekeeper to correct. All of our Priority Club levels whether... More
