The hosts do an excellent job. They even accomodate guests with special food requests. During our stay, there was a lady who was a vegan. The hosts made her a vegetarian breakfeast each morning (outside of the standard breakfast). You won't find the chain hotels providing that kind of service. Cranberry Manor is a quiet gem in the Poconos. The hosts Sharon and Ric are very welcoming with rooms that are clean, quaint and inviting. There are no cheesy heart shaped tubs here.
