I stayed at the Chateau Resort the 1st week of June 2011. All I can say is that this hotel has an amazing view surrounding it. The resort itself was clea. The staff was nice, check in was quite fast. The buffet was ok, we stayed there 2 nights and the same food was served, so I wish there was... More

I stayed at the Chateau Resort & Conference Center for a shopping overnight with my husband and daughter. I will start the review out by saying that I am a little picky about my hotels, but I am also fair. I will give you the good and the bad and let you decide. My daughter is a freshman in college,... Dem 920- Thank you for the review. A couple of quick notes since your stay in early December. We have recently completed our replacement of all the pillows on property. This was necessary and it appears you received a room with the old pillows still in them. Sorry about that. As to the gameroom and pool area. It is ironic... More

Our experience overrall went well. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Clean and bright rooms. No problem getting our ski passes at the front desk. Didn't eat the breakfast buffet they had as it seems to be slightly overpriced considering the options. You can find breakfast at the ski lodge which is conveniently placed about 150 yards away from... More

the good- nice staff, great view if you get the ski mountain view, flexible with late check out. Pet friendly but what I don't get is why is it that children are more destructive than my 5 lb dog, yet i had to pay 25 dollars a night extra for my doggie- who is cleaner than most toddlers LOL The... Amy G- It sounds like we missed something serious while assigning your room. My personal apologies, your room should have been switched to a new (clean) room when that happened. Please do feel free to call me so I can make it up to you on your next stay. Again, my apologies. -John More

Ron C- Thank you for your review and your rating! I will certainly pass along your comments to the staff, they love to hear some of the positive feedback. Yes, the construction of the building has the first floor with higher ceilings and the fourth floor has the lofted rooms, so they are very high. Please do say hello on... More

My daughters and I had a pleasant stay at the Chateau this past weekend. The rooms were average.. kind of old and could use some updating, but they were sufficient for our needs. The service definitely made up for it, however. We went to the buffet on Saturday night. The staff really went out of their way to make us... More

This was a last minute family ski weekend. Great location and wonderful family nye party which included a midnight breakfast buffet. There was also an adult nye party for couples or adults without kids. We stayed in a two room loft with spiral stairs leading to the second level. Upon check in we noticed that the housekeeping wasn't the best.... More

My husband and I went to Camelback to ski/snowboard and wanted to stay somewhere close to the mountain. Although the accommodations were more expensive (due to the holiday weekend), the location is right across the street from Camelback which is great. Especially after skiing and snowboarding all day, all you want to do is relax as soon as possible. The... More
