When you check in and they give you a room that's already inhabited, you should expect bad things! Finally resolved that issue when the elevators broke down causing everyone to take the stairs. Dirty, old, worn out. But that is not the main point. The convenient location is what attracted us and the add looked great. What a disappointment. The hotel is dirty!!!! I was surprised to find such a run down and poorly cleaned room for the price that I paid. We arrived to find a dirty sheet in a cabinet under the sink, a wet towel on the floor, a broken TV and coffee maker and unsleepable pull out bed for the kids. Had to put the mattress on the floor.... more
