All the previous positive reviews are correct! Lovely, clean, comfy bed, lovely setting, terrific hostess and great food. Breakfast was assorted juices and coffee, fresh strawberries with brown sugar cream, pineapple biscuits, sausage & poached eggs on English muffins with a lemon/butter/chive sauce--delicious. Lovingly restored Craftsman house is gorgeous and homey. Carol and Roland are excellent hosts, and their young boys are adorable. Delicious breakfasts--Carol can cook, for sure! A particularly beautiful week to be visiting in Somerset County. Clean - Affordable - Delicious Breakfast - GREAT hospitality! The hosts have thought about everything. They make you feel as "old friends." Their restaurant and attraction recommendations were "right on". If you need a place in this area, I highly recommend Quill Haven. more

The innkeeper was friendly and warm upon arrival. It wasn't close to the resorts, but was worth the drive to them. The entire family was very nice and accomodating. The wine and chocolate chip cookies were a nice treat after a long drive. The breakfast was exceptional! more
