Even though everyone was friendly and helpful they were unable to hold to the reservations we had confirmed with them over a month earlier. We were a party of 7, one being an 82 year old women in a wheel chair. I reserved 2 double queen rooms next to each other and ended up with 2 King rooms, which they... More

This was our second stay here and we have enjoyed both of them. We really appreciate a dog-friendly hotel with reasonable fees that is also tastefully appointed. The restaurant is pretty good, too. Not gourmet, by any means, but breakfast will get you by and the dinners are pretty good. Staff is always helpful, and the place is always clean... More

Best Western-Grand Victorian Inn....you still have it! Great Rate, stayed in room 235 (King, end of hall unit). The check-in was a breeze, front desk staff very pleasant! We had reserved a King room but were assigned a double queen. Front desk staff quickly and without hesitation corrected and we were on our way. Other reviews have mentioned you do... More

Even though the hotel is a little outdated, we still enjoyed are stay. The staff were caring and helpful. The lounge was nice and the rooms were clean. The rate we paid through Resorts Plus International was low enough to make the stay satisfactory. More

Thank you for staying with us and we hope that you will return if you find yourself in our area again. I would like to tell you that since your visit, we have updated many areas of the hotel including the fitness center, restaurant and other public areas. The carpets and bathroom floors had more dirt on them, than outside in the gardens. White socks turned virtually black within hours. The LOUD band music rocked us until 1:30 AM when they finally turned down the volume. Even after calling the front desk at 11:00 PM, they did nothing about it! Food was well cooked at least we ate... My wife and I were to be married just across the NY border in Waverly. We had booked the best western over a year in advance due to their hotel bar and acceptance of small pets. Less than a month before our wedding we found out indirectly that the best western had ditched our contract in order to accept a... More

The hotel is clean and the rooms are well planned and comfortable. However, don't make the mistake of booking a room on the second floor in the area over the entertainment room and/or ball room WHILE A WEDDING OR PROM is in progress. The noise and vibration from the music will rock your room, chair, and bed. We had this... More

Upon checking in, I found that the hotel did not have me booked for the correct number of nights. Hotel's fault or hotels.com? I don't know. I do know, however, that the employees were rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. When asked about a room for Friday night, I was told that I would have to go somewhere else and "I... More

We stayed at this hotel in June. We were on vacation to visit the Grand Canyon of PA and the Finger Lakes. This hotel was great because it was centrally located. Our room was nice, bathroom spacious. We only ate once in the hotel and it was good. We had breakfast there. We used the pool several times and it... More
