Great experience from booking through check out. Staff is amazingly polite, prompt and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern, restaurants/Starbucks bistro great breakfast and room service options. We checked in on my birthday while passing through Pittsburgh and had an amazing dinner at Seviche across the street. We have been thankful and would definitely come back!!
