Front desk staff was incredibly impolite and not helpful at all. Will definitely try another place next time I'm in the area. Location is kind of out of the way. Room floors were dirty (both bathroom and bedroom) and did not appear to have been vacuumed. Otherwise the room was nice.

This is a large establishment and has a confusing set up. However it has recently been renovated and is comfortable and quiet! Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location for business travel! Double tree hotels almost never fail to meet the mark!

I enjoyed my brief stay and will return soon. I am from Dallas, Texas and I was surprised at the southern like hospitality I received. It made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be close to downtown Pittsburgh.

Recently stayed at this location and I've gotta say, man was it bad. The only redeeming quality is the Doubletree Bed and the cookies. Hotel was good except if needing additional help, staff too busy. Also hotel room was cleaned, but the cleaning staff did not take away dirty glasses and provide clean glasses. Had to track down another support staff to get clean glasses.
