I like almost everything about this property. The most obvious quality is its location in the thick of Pittsburgh's sports and entertainment attractions. A quick walk across Clemente bridge and you're in the downtown business district. I especially enjoy jogging on the riverwalk which runs along both sides of the river. There's a number of North Shore restaurant options nearby.... More

Stayed here for two nights over Memorial Day weekend 2012. I got a great deal on Priceline ($105 a night vs. $250 on the hotel's website), which made my stay all the more sweet! The manager, Connie, found us a room and checked us in early, even though we arrived when most people were checking out still. Pros: - nice... More

spent a long weekend in Pittsburgh and decided to stay here based on TripAdvisor reviews. Excellent choice. hotel is pretty new, clean, comfortable--excellent beds--and rooms are spacious so you can spread out. there is a full kitchen with a fridge and the staff will run to the grocery or beer store for you and stock your kitchen. Hotel is literally... More

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the location is perfect. I loved looking out my window and seeing PNC Park. 2 blocks away from Heinz Field and Grille 36 (everyone should go there...its the best). The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved the mirrors on the closet doors outside the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and had lots... More

Clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! We utilized the two-bedroom suite for our family of 5 for a Pirates night baseball game and had a blast! There were restaurants very near for a decent selection. The price was right too!

Pittsburgh is a city of friendly, polite people & a great destination for baseball, football, cultural enlightenment & bird watching. We stayed at the Residence Inn North Shore, literally across the street from PNC Park. On the 8th floor, facing South, we had views of the stadium, and hillside across the Alleghany, the Monongahela & Ohio Rivers all the way... More

Stayed with friends for a weekend, and was pleasantly surprised! Was just expecting a 'run of the mill' hotel room, but the suites are far from that. We originally booked a pair of 2 bedroom suites, but, they were overbooked and we only got one. They were extremely accommodating, and gave us 2 additional suites (both with king bed and... More

Great location. Very clean. Decent gym. Good sized rooms. If you wanted to, you wouldn't have to buy a meal or a cab while you were staying here, between the substantial breakfast and the manager's reception and the shuttle. I suppose it's a little pricey, but most Pittsburgh hotels seem to be, and this is an excellent location for many... More

Residence Inn is the best extended stay hotel in Pittsburgh downtown. I stayed there for a couple of months when I was in Pittsburgh for work. The hotel is hardly any distance from downtown and located right opposite to PNC park. Rooms are comfortable and large. Loved the rotating TV, I turned it to Bed or sofa or kitchen. Kitchen... More
