The door staff was friendly, helpful and efficient at check in. I was exhausted from a long drive and a poor night's sleep and they had my in my room with ease. This is one of the worst 4 star hotel we've stayed in. Luckily we didn't pay full price. Run down, peeling roof on the ceiling in the washroom, cracked sink, dirty tub.
