I am unsure of the recent negative reviews for this place because I loved it. I stayed here with my parents and son a couple of weeks ago. My son was graduating from CMU which was conveniently close to the hotel room. The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at sunnyledge very recently and it was great! The staff were friendly and very eager to fulfill any request I had. Hardly any breakfast, really. And the staff were very difficult to work with and fairly inept (room charges were billed to wrong credit card, had to wait 3 hours for manager to call back before they could clear it up). I had a visitor stay here. I thought this would be a quality place but, although he was polite, it obviously was not a superior place. The real problem was that he had to work in the hotel but the wireless was not working so he could not access his files.
