My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn, in Mt. Pocono, Pa. We decided last minute to visit the new casino in the Poconos. Checked in on New Year's Day. We had an AWESOME stay here. The people were extremely nice. Place was clean. The continental breakfast was great for what you get at other places. Anthony the General Manager was extremely helpful. Pool and whirl pool were clean. We will definitely be back. more

The staff was incredibly friendly from check-in to check-out. Pool and spa were enjoyable and the room was a very nice size and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and friendly staff is there to assist with anything necessary. I felt very welcome and enjoyed my trip that much more because of it. more

Stayed labor day weekend. HOT TUB is LUKE WARM at best. Many bad situations to mention, too numerous to mention. Very expensive for what you get I paid $135 per night. Save your money and alot of frustration. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. more
