We would highly recommended staying at the Chelsea Sun for a weekend or extended weekend trip. It's the perfect distance from NYC (1.5 hrs) to feel like you have really escaped without actually being too far away. My husband & I enjoyed our 10 year anniversary at Chelsea Sun Inn. We stayed in the Winemaker Room and it was very pleasant. It's definitely a place to visit, if you are looking for a quiet place to be alone with your significant other. The room was elegant. I can't wait to go back!!
