The Hampton offers you a very good clean and friendly stay. We are often there as we participate with our kids Robert Morris Lacrosse activities. Just found that the rates realy increased in 2013 froim 2012. RMU discount???

Have stayed here many times over the last 4 years as our granddaughter attends Robert Morris Univ. Only bad experience ever had was when Hampton Inn was full and had to stay at another hotel. Like most, we picked this hotel because of it's proximity to the PIT airport. I stay in Hampton's often, and this is one of the properties that has completed the 2012/2013 renovations ... new décor in breakfast area, wood wall desk in the room, nice treats for reward members. Very typical Hampton Inn type hotel, but the staff service was horrible - they prevented my colleague who came to get me from using their internet!!! Even when she showed the desk clerk and hotel manager her HH card!!

So convenient when leaving on a very early flight out of Pittsburgh. Transportation to airport was on time, effecient, friendly driver. I felt that my (brand new) vehicle was safe while gone for one week. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet. I would definitely stay here again, especially when airport transportation needed.

It was fine, except for the honors points issue. Room was fine, breakfast was average, personnel was great and very helpful. Grounds were fine parking was a little congested. You need smoking rooms on the top floor and more free premium channels on the tv.

Excellent comfort and service. The room is comfortable with great comforters and even the pull out sleeper sofa was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and massage feature. The breakfast was hot and had a good variety of healthy choices i.e. fruit, prepared oatmeal, yogurt. Availability of business center and office equipment was ample.
