I stayed at this Quality Inn because there was nothing available in State College, PA. I'd read reviews here and was expecting the worst. It wasn't the worst, but it sure wasn't great. As a woman traveling alone, I was taken aback when the check-in person repeated my room number loudly in a busy lobby.
This is not a well-maintained...

I stayed at the Quality Inn, Milesburg for about a week- with my family. Reading all this reviews it honestly blows my mind. The staff was extreamly nice, personable and accommodating. Housekeeping always left extra towels and toiletries in my room as they could see we were a family. The Front Desk was always polite and going above in beyond...

We stayed here with my sister when we needed to head out two directions---east and west---in the morning. Just at the moment they are really full with oil shale crews so it's hard to get a room without an advance reservation. But the room was very nice and comfortable. I'd rate a good solid travel stop. The desk personnel were...

We had to take a quick trip to Erie due to a family illness. We don't like to drive all the way through so stop overnight going and coming. Coming home I searched for hotels on my phone and this location seemed good to us. I was told I would have a King room for $110. When we arrived we...

We got off the Interstate expecting a Ramada Inn, as was advertised on the highway, so we were surprised to find the Quality Inn in its place, but thought OK, we'll have a slighty nicer room and experience, However, the Quality Inn had been recently purchased from Ramada, and was still under renovation. But this wasn't mentioned at check-in --...

While driving from Ohio to New Jersey on March 6, 2011 (Sunday), I encountered a snow
storm in Pennsylvania and the Quality Inn Milesburg (formerly Ramada) was the closest hotel that I was able to get to. After arriving (almost midnight, very slow travel due to weather), I was told that due to the weather, the snow storm was still...

As several members have noted, there are several issues with traveling along I80 in PA. Not including the constant construction, there are relatively few hotel choices with "off and on" access to 80. The Ramada (formerly holiday Inn) provides easy access to the hotel, gas station, Subway and McDonald's - everything a traveler in central PA might want! During a...

My stay at the milesburg Ramada was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and well mannered. I had requested a refrigerator and a microwave which came to me within minutes curtisy of the hotels friendly maintenance staff. In the morning I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with the company of the breafast area staff. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would...

Granted, all accommodation options along 80 are overpriced. But $80 to sleep in a room that:
1) was supposed to be non-smoking yet reeked of smoke
2) had carpets that had been flooded over with dirty water and then dried out
3) mold
4) broken tiles
5) filthy mattresses
6) rude night reception staff
7) faces on to a truck...
