I am a travel coordinator for a girls fast pitch travel softball team. We stayed here Memorial Day weekend. Christy Miller was great to work with in coordinating everything our organization needed. Trying to please so many families is not easy. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again....

Nice interior, but poor location and would not change our room or give us two beds.
IF you are going to go skiing at Roundtop, you NEED to stay here. However, if Roundtop is not your destination, this place is passable.

We stood here for a weekend trip with our 3 small boys and had a blast!! Only 20 minutes from Hershey Attractions! Staff was great, room was great!

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding in Harrisburg. This is a nice hotel that meets your typical business class needs.
PROS:
- Clean, new rooms
- Large and spacious lobby
CONS:
- Expensive continental breakfast (but quite tasty, and included some table service)

We were very satisfied with the service and accomodations. It was a perfect venue for our purposes. The staff was professional and courteous. The meeting room afforded all the requirements we needed. The location between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia worked for all attendees.

No surprises. solid value. courteous staff. Room was clean, bright and comfortable for two. The only bummer was a very loud adjoining room. Although we had to change rooms in the middle of the night staff was courteous and professional and offered complimentary breakfast.
