Fitness Room only had three pieces of equipment... One worked. No air in fitness room... Outdated rooms. Bring your own towel and wash cloths... White towels were dingy. Only enjoyable thing about the stay... Bed was comfortable.
Not sure if customer service is high on this hotels list but after my recent convenersations with the front desk I am beginning to get concerned about my upcoming stay. Very blunt, unpleasant and a dont bother me type attitude. After reading some of the comments here I hope I wont be doing the laundry for my room and cleaning...

I have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites. The room layout is always great (1 BR suite with 2 queens + 1 queen pull out couch in the 'front'/living room), and the breakfast is generally decent. I wish there was a rating a could give this hotel somewhere slightly below average but not quite poor. The hotel looks promising from the exterior, however, you will immediately see upon entering that this property is significantly overdue an overhaul.
The staff wasn't overly friendly or rude. I was not "wowed" by anyone, however, I did not feel unwelcome....

I titled this review " Best kept Secret " because this hotel is nestled away from the hustle bustle like most hotels. The staff is friendly, rooms are well kept, reasonable rates, and I always look forward to returning. I travel allot and I recommend this Hotel to anyone, just save room for me when I return.
