The property is lovely, but the staff is unprofessional, untrained and rude. The restaurants are wonderful and the service is great. With regard to the hotel personnel much is left to be desired. They were condescending, rude, unprofessional and entitled. It was a wonderful experience, sans dealing with the hotel personnel.
