The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the electric outlets did not work in the room. Room was clean and laid out well for business. Staff was helpful with directions. Bed was a little soft but not uncomfortable.

Took a mini vacation and stayed at the Homewood Suites in Lancaster, PA. The staff is very friendly & outgoing to help. Great location just minutes from shopping & approx. 10 minutes from downtown. I highly recommend this place

Spent a long weekend here with our daughters, sons-in-law and 5 grandkids. Kids loved the pool. Very nice accomodations with Breakfast included every day. Overall, a very nice place with friendly staff.

The hotel was simply amazing. Great stay and great location in relative location of the place(s) I needed to be in a quick and timely matter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a place to stay for any kind of trip to Lancaster.

We were pleasantly surprised by the meals included (breakfast all week and dinner Mon-Thurs). That definitely helped stretch our vacation dollars. Suites were clean and well kept. Staff was nice and very helpful when we had questions. Pool was clean and our children spent hours swimming. All-in-all we'd stay there again.

Breakfast was wonderful. French Toast was really good! Staff was very helpful. It was a little difficult to get to once you get off the exit. Close enough, just way up on a hill. Very nice accommodations.

usually this hotel has had great accommodations but be carful, the walls can be thin and I was woken up every night at about 1:00am due to a lady next door screaming with, well I think you know what I am talking about. Bottom line, just know that you may hear more than you expected.

The staff were knowledgeable; hospitable and provided excellent service. The area is quiet and located within a few miles from several area eating and shopping establishments, including a major chain grocery store. Would definitely stay again or refer to a friend.

Although the hotel was very clean you could tell it was fairly old. Minor issue in bathroom such as missing tile piece and off set sink. Some noise in the morning from adjacent room. Comp breakfast was OK- not great. I've stayed in other Homewood Suites that were much nicer.
