“Great weekend”

Our unit in the Mariner Bay Apartments was perfect. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, great back yard/patio, very spacious. The staff was extremely friendly. It was a quick walk into downtown Byron Bay or to the beach. Couldn't have asked for more.

The apartment was lovely - clean and modern, A nice walking distance to beach and to restaurants The pool and gardens are tropical The manager was very helpful and incredibly kind to us on our last day when our kids were sick Second storey apartment had views of the ocean and the wonderful sunsets

“Smelled like urine”

“Frugal service”

Very frugal on providing necessary goods such as soap and toilet paper. Only two small cakes of soap were provided for five adults for a two night stay. The receptionist did not want to provide more and after a concerted request only provided two more small cakes of soap. Poor service given the tariff was fully priced.
