Stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the hotel is in a good spot! The lady at reception let us check in at 12 noon so we could get ready for the wedding in the room.

We found the heritage inn a great place. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great. Location is fantastic and the RSL is just across the road. Definitely would go back and recommend to everyone.

Two complaints, I thought the plumbing from the room next door was extremely noisy and woke me up and the carpet could do with replacing but the managers there would have to be close to the nicest people you could ever meet and really made a weary traveller feel at home.

We chose the Heritage Inn for a stopover in Ballina because it was close to the RSL, restaurants, pubs and shops and we weren't disappointed as it was a great choice for comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff. It will be our choice for any future visits to Ballina.
