Landewednack House is B&B fit for a prince or princess. The interior is exquisitely furnished and adorned with fascinating collections of art and ornaments. The food is Michelin quality at affordable prices. Four of the five pugs are docile and friendly; one is a bit hyperactive. Anthony and Sue are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. The...

Cornwall is a perfect location and Landewednack is the perfect place to stay-the house is beautifully furnished and the hosts Anthony and Sue make all feel very welcome! It really is a relaxing house with lovely gardens and walks, Anthonys food is perfect and the only downside is to have a healthy breakfast would be so wrong as the full...

We first stayed at Landewednack house six years ago. It was one of those places that we we should have returned to earlier. A beautiful house run by nice people and really superb food - there is no more to say! Good luck to Sue and Anthony!
We tried this out as keen followers of Alastair sawday recommendations.
We weren't disappointed. A beautiful house set within an amazing garden and swimming pool.
The owner and manager were as barking as their 5 pugs and we loved them! It was a truly spoiling anniversary dinner and breakfast. Anthony treated us like royalty and sue treated us like her...

From the start, when you are welcomed with a roaring fire and home-made cake you know this will be an above average Bed & Breakfast. The rooms are beautifully...

Superb breakfast. Incredibly sumptious beds with goose down duvets Lovely gardens - we swam in the pool and played croquet. My greatest regret was not having booked...

We stayed in THE COACH HOUSE/SUNDAY COTTAGE part of LANDEWEDNACK HOUSE and our experience was not a pleasant stay at all.In total contrast to the reviews i have read here, we found chef/Antony very rude and incompetent.Parading as a hotelier/manager and not very good at either. We never had the pleasure of meeting the owners, they stayed out of the picture.Which...

We went as a family party of 8 to celebrate my 60th birthday.Sue and Antony did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The rooms were lovely, the food and wine delicious, and we were made to feel very much at home. The conastal wlks from the hotel must rate as some of the best in the country.
