Came across this little gem quite randomly when searching to stay in the area so was a bit weary of what to expect, but needn't have been as it was a nice little place with great views. Marvellous views, welcoming and helpful hosts, clean and beautifull decorated bedrooms and finally a prompt , tasty and plentiful breakfast.Honesty bar a briiliant idea as was the guinness gadget. Seavista is a great place to stay while you explore Cornwall-all attractions are in easy reach by car. This little gem definitely ticks all the boxes. More

A friendly B&B in a pretty location with a cup of tea and piece of cake upon arrival. The room was fairly basic (with wood-chip on the wall and in need of a proper bathroom door!) but was clean and comfortable. A filling breakfast with good mushrooms and fast service. All in all a decent stay. More

Seavista really does have a sea vista - beautiful views of Mawgan Porth bay from the lounge and breakfast room, and even the rooms that don't have a sea view look out onto lovely countryside. Stayed here as a couple for one night only and was made very welcome by the friendly staff who welcomed us on arrival with tea and cake. Room very clean and comfortable.
