On arrival we had a friendly welcome and found our accommodation to be outstanding! The bungalow was spacious and modern throughout, offerring panoramic views over St. Ives Bay. The location of the site is spectacular! The children loved playing on the beautiful beaches which are situated in front of the site. Hayle town was a short drive away with lots... more

We booked chalets and so did our friends. When we arrived and found they bore no resemblance to what had been advertised, and they smelled of cigarette smoke we were given the thumbs down by the office when we requested different chalets. The one we had didnt have a sea view as advertised because another had been built in the... more

The Riviere Towans is in a fabulous position - really close to the beach and great to have parking with your accommodation which is rare in Cornwall. But Toms Holidays Management were awful. There were quite a few things wrong with our chalet, it was damp and the beds were soiled and half the equipment didnt work or was missing... more

We travelled as a group. Our chalet was fine but the one our friends had was damp and half the facilities did not work. We had booked ours they were pushed into any old thing. When we tried to complain at the office the man in the bungalow did not care. It appears they take your money then they are... more

We visited this summer. The site is really lovely, but the people in the office were dreadful. Not in slightest bit interested when we wanted some advise or when we had problems with items that didnt work in the chalet. Also we found we had been pushed towards chalets for rent through them when much better others were available, but... more

Booked a last minute holiday for a Toms Holidays Bungalow for 6 from ebay and have to say that after a 10 hour drive from Liverpool we desperately wanted it to be good! We were not disappointed, the bungalow was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with fantastic views of the beautiful beach which was a few minutes walk away.... more

We went to Toms in July 2008. We stayed in F26 Porthia and it was OK but the bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. It was also freezing cold at times and the electric meter was whizzing round so fast it couldnt take the pound coins quick enough. Also we had a really noisy family with three kids next door... more

My boyfriend and i were undecided between abroard and UK, but we made a great choice in Toms Holidays Hayle. I think the holiday was helped by the fantastic weather also. We stayed in D11 Serembam, it was a 3 bed Chalet with excellent panaramic views over the bay all the way over to St Ives. We got a real... more

We have just returned from a very good week at Toms Holidays. Our property was excellent, clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Wonderful sandy beach approx 10 mins walk away. Site seemed to be well kept and maintained. We had no complaints and found it an ideal beach holiday location, our young children loved it. more
