I was in Twickenham attending a conference at the Rugby ground and booked into this guest house. You couldnt get any closer to the ground, and also walking distance to the town centre. Basic ,but the manager mentioned that it was being totally refurbished, but all that is reflected in the rrates. I paid £60 per night for a double... more

I got a bit scared reading these comments, but I have to say honoustly that for this cheap price you shouldn't be complaining. It has a good location, coz it is near the station and next to the stadium. Yes, it is not that top and classy, but worth the price, even breakfast is included. I found the service good,... more

This place should be shut down. I cannot believe health and safety have not been to this place. I stayed in twin room 17 Out the back of the main house so if you do decide to stay there all the rooms are the same disgusting state according to other guests there that night told me. Number 16 had ants... more

Tiny room with a cheap and nasty bed that filled it. The wardrobe nearly fell over when I opened the door - I had to catch it. Tiny showeroom with cheap and nasty towel and bar of something that might have been soap. The TV didn't work properly. And the absolute low point - when I got into the bed... more

The bed almost filled what was a very grubby room. Very noisy and the manager/owner was almost oblivious to one's presence to the point of rudeness. Ugh...!...a disgrace. more

Staying at this place was the worst part of my stay in Twickenham. I went there in order to attend a concert at the stadium and needed something nearby. As a single room was not available at the time of booking, I decided on a double room. I booked via telephone and gave my cc details to secure it. The... more

The accomodation was basic. However is exceptionally positioned if you attend a large event at Twickenham. After reading some reviews, I expected the worst. However, the place is not too bad. You get what you pay for. B&B (incl. full English breakfast) at £35 each per night is a bargain. For that price, you are prepared to let go of... more

We turned up at 4pm to find the door locked and no amount of ringing or knocking brought anyone forth. Eventually we phoned them, only to get through to the manager who told us there was no one there as he was at the gym! He said he'd be back in 15 minutes. Over half an hour later he turned... more

Arrived to find that the manager was awaiting the police to remove a guest and was asked to wait in the car-park. After the police arrived I was shown to my room where the lino on the floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before I could get into bed. The TV only shows Channel 5 and... more
