A most pleasant stay. Staff was warm, friendly and professional upon check-in and check- out. The room was extremely clean and well-appointed and had an external view. The bed was most comfortable and the pillows were just right!

Well run hotel with a good restaurant/café and relaxing spa. Food was excellent at the café in the evening with a wide choice on the menu. Room was quiet and comfortable. It was also very convenient for Terminal 5.

Great airport hotel esp if travelling out of T 5 Prompt and friendly check in. Nice modern rooms albeit a bit dark due to the small dorm like windows. Loved the 8-6 day room option.
