A group of 8 of us stayed recently, half way through a 96 mile off-road cycle ride. Turned up covered in mud, to be greeted in a very friendly manner by the owners. The location is perfect if you're interested in seeing the Avebury stones (a smaller ,less commercial version of Stonehenge) as it's only a few minutes drive away.
