Stayed here for one night for a family reunion. A lovely hotel with stunning views of the moors. Excellent room, was upgraded free to a suite. Top quality hotel, with staff to suit. Fabulous breakfast, with an amazing array of choice.

Welcomimg friendly and efficient staff, sit outside or in the conservatory if you can. Pea soup excellent flavoured with mint and caraway (?) finished with swirl of olive oil. We were a couple staying in Ilkley overnight on a Sunday after seeing a comedy show at the King's Hall. The staff were very attentive and friendly. A group of 14 of us met up here and received very good attention. The food was excellent, particularly the venison and the breakfasts, which illustrated the fact that the chef was good and bothered to sourse his food properly. All the staff were very attentive.

Stayed for one night on Friday. Arrived after work and was lucky enough to have received an upgraded room as the hotel was not full. Great position in iilkley. Good but hardly fine dinning. A tired hotel which is probably under staffed. Overall we enjoyed our stay in an hotel which borders on the three star mark.

Hotel is absolutely lovely especially as we arrived in the dark so our first view of the hotel was all lit up with christmas lights. A very charming hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay the staff were extrmemely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people and will definitely be returning as we have family in the area.
