We booked this villa (103 Thrush Drive) which is located in a residential complex of villa style apartments. Once I opened the door and saw the filthy carpeting on the steps I knew I made a mistake. Although I was told that housekeeping would clean before we arrived, the carpets in the diningroom/living room were so stained and dirty and... more

Traveling with a family of 6 we typically need 2 hotel rooms so we gave this property a shot. While making the reservation we were informed that the office was only open until 6pm. I guess this is because the units are run more like rentals then a hotel or motel. No big deal we were there by 5pm. The... more

Real nice 2 bedroom unit. Kitchen and living room. Lots of space. Kitchen not real well stocked, but who wants to cook a lot any way. Call before arriving(a few days), they have limited office hours. more

Some friends and I rented one of the villas located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I'll start off by saying that the place was clean and spacious and had the feel of someone's home. So much so that I was worried that someone was going to walk in and ask us what we were doing in their house. But back... more

We believe our establishment is a value oriented property when compared to a ordinary hotel room. We provide 3 times the space for less than what a hotel charges. We have limited office hours in order to maintain affordability. We assume that when renting a "rental unit" you forgoe some conveniences.

This place should be closed down. It was awful! We would have left in a minute if we could have received our money back. Now I know why they charge you in advance! My review would be the same as the review a few days ago. I think we stayed in the same unit because the bed was still held... more

Cocoa Flats' website lists their accomodations as "luxury condo suites". Nothing could be farther from the truth. The hallway leading to the condo smelled of urine and stale garbage. All the paint is chipped and peeling, and the black scuff marks on walls and floors reminded me of some kind of foreign hostel or homeless shelter. The condo overlooked two,... more

Where to begin? Nobody in the office when we checked in, found a note with a key for a $278 two room suite in a mailbox. Needed a key to get in the elevator. Had all the ambiance of a halfway house. Got to the "suite" and saw the chipped paint on the walls and baseboards and knew this was... more

We recently stayed at an individually rented 3 bedroom villa from Cocoa Flats (unit #410). We arrived at the main hotel, checked in after 6 pm and drove a short distance to the villa which was an apartment in a complex. The unit's HVAC was turned off and it was 90F. It took over 8 hours to cool the unit... more

Our family thought this was a GREAT place. Very spacious, clean apartment like hotel. Included a kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, dishwasher with detergent. Has satellite TV. It is five minutes from Hershey Park. Housekeeping came in the morning and cleaned up, the people at the desk were very helpful with anything we needed, whether it was something... more

We would definitly stay here again! Only a few minutes to Hershypark and Indian Echo Caverns. Located in a quaint little town with a good pizza restaurant across the street and a pharmacy next door. There is a train that travels thru town a few blocks away, but the sound didn't bother us at all. Having to use a key... more
