We travel frequently and this ranks as one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The staff wasn't the least bit courteous, knowledgeable nor helpful. No maintenance available on weekends, no matter how serious the problem. The bizarre things that occurred during our 5-night stay will make us avoid this group of hotels in the future. more
