The service was excellent, but the room had things that bite in the night, a co-worker also stayed there and was never biten. But the room I had was the worst. Scratched like a dog full of fleas. Prior to changing hotel I washed all my belongings in hot water.

The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn is super friendly and nice at all hours of the day. They were helpful. Any question I asked they were happy to answer. I really appreciated being greeted by the smiling faces when I got back from business. Whenever I stay in Harrisburg, I'll be there.

This was my first time to the harrisburg area....i was taking the family to hershey....The property is really nice and fairly new so that was great...the staff was very friendly....they go above and beyond to please their customer...i have stayed at other hiltin garden inn's but and this one was a treat..loved the freshly baked cookies!

This place was rude at check in horrible filthy rooms they have a big sign when you come in showing you that they had bedbugs and to keep your eye out !! Ewwww the managers don't really care if you complain they just tell you sorry but there's no other rooms available !

I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and we were given a large rooom. This hotel is also only 10 minutes from hershey but at the center of the town and close to many restaurants. Only negative is the breakfast service which was extremely slow with not enough staff. Stayed overnight on our way up north. Very clean hotel with everything you could need. Warm and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds. Only thing I wish they provided is complimentary breakfast instead of breakfast at their restaurant for $13.....that's the only thing I dislike about the Hilton Garden Inns. Otherwise I would recommend this location highly.
