Easy check in, clean room. Indoor pool area smells musty... Great location for outlet mall across the street. Really no problems.. Front desk staff unprofessional. Talking about other guests in front of the entire reception area. Glad I wasn't one of those problem guests.

Staff excellent, food fair, room clean. Mattress below poor (even turning them would not help), 1/2 bars of hotel soap (fist time I've seen this), cheap kleenex and BR tissue. Next time we are going back to staying in Erie.
