I am a Gold Level SPG member. I originally booked this hotel when it was Four Points to see my sister-in-law's graduation. Within the 2 month time period from booking to staying, Ramada purchased the property. It seems from prior Trip Advisor photos, that NOTHING was changed. Clearly Sheraton realized this hotel needed a refresh but decided to sell instead... More

Stayed Easter weekend for a getaway. Entertainment in lounge was very good. No cover charge if you stay there. The room was average you would expect. Bathroom could use updated though. Shower had mold in prefabricated crevices and shower curtain needed changed. Room was quiet and semi comfortable. Service in the dining room was slow even though we had reservations.... More

When this first opened, it was a full-blown Sheraton. It then was downgraded to a Four Points. Now it's a Ramada. Ugh. I suppose I can only speak to my last trip in March, since things have probably deteriorated with the latest change. Then, both the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were outstanding. However, I noticed that anytime... More

Stayed for business & family reasons this month. Grew up in the area so I was familiar with the hotel and have attended numerous weddings, banquets and conferences over the years. This was our first time staying a guests in the hotel in recent years. Great location that is close to everything you need and yet very peaceful( it sits... More

I just finished a stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent. At check in, I asked for and received a room in a quieter section and a late check out that allowed me to get some needed extra sleep. The room was larger than the normal room that I generally see in hotels of this class and... More

I stayed at this property in mid-December 2011 with my girlfriend while visiting the area. It was the lowest priced of the similar properties in the area (the only one with a AAA rate available), but was equally-priced with similar properties around if not for the discount I received (I paid $90/nt, best available non-AAA rate was over $120). The... More

Four Points was very beautiful and clean and everything we needed it to be. Allowing our dog to be with us was a great plus. Thanks so much.

My young son and I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. I am sure the hotel staffers were not happy to be working on Christmas, but everyone we encountered was friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. Pool was warm and welcoming.

This Sheraton is in need of refurbishing however, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and had a warm welcome from Ken at the dining room for breakfast each morning. Compared to other local hotels which I have also stayed at, this is a good value. One word of caution is that if you are on the second floor, there is... More

Management has no concept of what customer service means, rooms are in horrible condition, the food is consistently terrible and they process credit card tips twice as a matter of course. Stay anywhere but here.
