My young son and I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. I am sure the hotel staffers were not happy to be working on Christmas, but everyone we encountered was friendly and pleasant. Our room was clean and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. Pool was warm and welcoming.

This Sheraton is in need of refurbishing however, rooms were clean, staff was friendly and had a warm welcome from Ken at the dining room for breakfast each morning. Management has no concept of what customer service means, rooms are in horrible condition, the food is consistently terrible and they process credit card tips twice as a matter of course. Stay anywhere but here.
