“very very disappointing”

we were traveling from nc to ny... and my daughter left her special "blankie" in the room. we werent but 2 hours away when we called to see if it was there. the front desk had it in their hand and assured us it would be sent to us immediately. 2 weeks later... no sign of it... and now, nobody... More

“Truck traffic nightmare”

Confusing set-up, had to check in at the TA store. Walked right by tiny sign. Not very friendly. Had reservation, but tried to charge me more. I refused to pay more, and she gave in. Reserved non-smoking room, but eveything reeked of smoke. Maids were very friendly and helpful, one called to the desk and requested a change of room... More
