We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We arrived an hour before the posted check-in time hoping to be able to check-in a little early. Unfortunately, the room was still being cleaned, so we waited an hour in the lobby while the process was finished. Which would have been fine, but when we got up to the room it... More

Where do I begin to describe the experience of Hotel Hell? We used this hotel as accomodations for out of town guests for my son and daughter in law's wedding. There were a multitude of problems with the reservation system. They didn't have rooms (when a groomsman booked on a travel website he was able to find a room). They... More

This was the worst run hotel I have ever been to. Sure it looks nice and the rooms are clean but the sheer incompetence of the staff was outrageous. They completely screwed up the reservations for the bride and bridal party the night before the wedding because the Kardashians came into town to sell some crap on QVC and needed... More

This is a nice Sheraton if you are in the Malvern or KOP area. The staff is what keeps me coming back here as well as SPG Platinum upgrades. Tons of restaurants and activities in the area and you are bound to see "telebrities" as many QVC people stay here. If there is a drawback it would have to be... More

After staying at another hotel nearby that I've previously reviewed as horrible, this was a welcome site. Even though the rooms are a little worn, overall it is comfortable and clean. They have a workout room that is very nice, it even has an area for stretching with exercise balls and other accessories. The thing that sets this place apart... More

Checked in, passed out... From the looks it has been ther a long time, but well maintained, keeping some of the old time charm. The view of one of the lounges from the lobby looked very comfortable. Some Jazz going on in the level below the lobby, might have been a private party though. Room was very clean and comfortable.... More

I stay here about 4 times a year. I adore the first desk staff. I've leaned not to bother with the Club Lounge. And as a Platinum member, I find the "upgraded" rooms to be amazingly sub-par. I can only imagine a room without an upgrade. However, the rooms, as dated as they may be, are always clean and they... More

If not for a very friendly staff and excellent day manager, this hotel would be way below average. Even the "refurbished" rooms (I've stayed in both old and new rooms) could at best be considered average compared to any standard Sheraton. The public spaces of the hotel are terribly worn and the entire building feels and smells old. The Club... More

We've visited this hotel 3 times and enjoy the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant, less business-like and more comfortable. Excellent cuisine at the restaurant, rooms are very comfortable, and service is great. Short drive to other very good restaurants and next door to the Outback. The location at Rts 202 & 30 is perfect for us, would highly recommend... More

Everything about this stay was difficult. (1) Hard to make a reservation via phone. I was there for a reunion. The reunion committee arranged a special rate for certain dates. I was staying during those certain dates plus a day extra. It was very difficult for the reservation agent to arrange the extra reservation date. Additionally, she didn't reserve the... More
