Every staff member from maids to front desk manager greeted us with "hello!" or "how are you?" from checkin to check out. Super nice. The decor is a little dated (an 80's vibe with the blue wallpaper border in the lobby) but other than that, great place! Would recommend!

Pretty average Hampton Inn but I have to say the work out room was a closet. Good staff and the rooms were clean.

For the price and the location, this is a great hotel option. Next dor, the Sheraton is a poor comparison - this Hampton Inn surpasses the Sheraton by MILES. I often travel to West Chester, PA for business and I always stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and I have never been disappointed.
