Stayed two nights here and wished I had not. Generally quite poor for an intercontinental group hotel.
Staff are un-professional and lack the "go" needed for a full service hotel. They are unkempt and not up to standard and this for me is a managerial issue and lack of control.

We booked our Thanksgiving stay through Priceline and ended up getting booked at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh Airport. The hotel staff is mildly friendly but has little knowledge of the local area.
