My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times. We have celebrated weddings and birthdays here and have never been disappointed. We stayed here feb 11th in the upgraded suite and it was awesome. The hotel staff is always kind and courteous. The managers reception was nice as well as the bartender who was happy and quick. The... More

The hotel was certainly a top choice in the area about 20 yrs ago. It is still well maintained and clean but the hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are large with plenty of space. It's close to the airport which gives it an advantage. The one area of the hotel that could be improved on is the... More

Stayed here for a 3-day weekend while visiting on business and enjoyed my stay. The business center offered complimentary printing and there was also a managers reception every evening from 5-7 that featured an open bar (no shots!) and snacks for free. Also free parking, free WIFI and free full breakfast. The hotel bar was nice but the quesadillas I... More

We stayed here twice on different vacation stopovers before heading to Toronto from Raleigh, North Carolina. The staff were accomodating and pleasant. The suites are clean, spacious and my husband likes having two flatscreen tvs...my daughter can watch in the bedroom while he can have the other in the living room area. Yes, space is nice especially when you are... More

Have a wonderful 3 day weekend stay, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Loved the 2 room suite, large sitting area seperate from the bedroom. Even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable. The Breakfast and managers reception was a plus also. More

Due to a snow storm, my flight into Pittsburgh had quite a few hiccups and then where I was scheduled to stay cancelled my reservation when I notified them of the delay instead of moving it back one day - so I booked a room at Embassy Suites for one night just to get grounded and then figure out things... The indoor swimming pool water was not warm, there were around 10 people in the pool who were complaining of water being uncomfortable, alerted the technician on duty, he said he cannot do much as the temperature is set to where he has been instructed and he does not have authority to change it. When asked to contact supervisor, he... More

We stayed Memorial day weekend and got a great rate. Hotel is close to the airport but there are no restaurants close by if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The only real problem that we had was a very large wedding that took over most of the hotel for the weekend. Breakfast was very crowded. We ended... More

My family of 4 with tw young children checked into this hotel and we were given a room with a shower and no bath tub. We asked a out tubs and were transferred to another room where we found a pair of women's underwear left under the nightstand. We were kept up half the night by kids roaming the halls... More

Planned a trip to Pittsburgh to visit a friend. Downtown hotels are on the expensive side for me. I like to stay within $125 per night for lodging if I'm not in Chicago or NYC. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors Gold member and got a great MVP rate for this location at $94 a night. Of course, it's Embassy Suites... More
