My friend, Chrissy, and I had the pleasure of staying at Hanna House over a three day weekend. We biked on the Great Allegheny Passage, went kayaking with a guide from Riversport School of Paddling, hiked in Ohiopyle State Park and rafted on the Youghiogheny. We woke up to the smell of bacon and fresh made waffles in the morning.... More

We were lucky enough to arrive on a day when a fresh apple pie was made by the owner. The fantastic pie is just one small piece why Hanna House is an excellent B&B. It is very convenient for a visit to Fallingwater and other nearby sites. We did not have time to enjoy the wonderful porch but perhaps on... More

Hanna House was a very comfortable, friendly and relaxing place to stay for our family of four. The boys loved exploring the field and making friends with the horses, cats and dog. I enjoyed a quiet morning swinging on the porch swing with the boys. Frances was friendly and helpful directing us to places in town and telling us the... More

We (two couples) were in the area to attend a family wedding, and were fortunate indeed to find this gem of a B&B. We felt at home with a very personable hostess, clean, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast made on an iron stove, and an unusual, but very appealing farm atmosphere. They have two horses, cats, a dog, and a... More

This B&B is a great place to stay while visiting Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, and other area sights. It rained the whole weekend while we were there, so we didn't get to explore the grounds or porches much. However, the inside was warm, cozy, and welcoming, with delicious apple cake and a make-your-own tea/cocoa set-up waiting for arrivals. The main room... More

Don't let the curb appeal fool you. This place is first-rate; the first impression fades immediately after entering the place, and from then on, its comfort and charm and friendliness. All good. Wish ibcould have stayed more than one night, something I rarely say about B&Bs. More

Staying at Hanna House with Frances and her daughter Lily was like visiting family if your family lived in a charming old farmhouse set amidst acres of fields and gardens. There was iced tea in the fridge and cake on the sideboard, fresh flowers in every room, upstairs and downstairs screened-in porches and a cozy living room in which to... More

My sister and I stayed one night with Frances at the Hannah house. Really enjoyed the laid-back, cozy old place. Nothing stuffy here - just a big, comfortable, welcoming home to come home to at the end of the day. Feels like being at your best friend's house...maybe your grandmothers. Lots of antiques to admire. We slept in the large,... More

My husband and I stayed at Hanna House for four nights last week. We decided on the New Room since it had it's own private bath. We've stayed in many inns sharing a bath, but since this was an extended stay we wanted our own bathroom. The bathroom is unique. It has an open, "wooded" shower. We've never seen anything... More

A charming and peaceful environment, extremely clean, wonderful friendly service, abundant delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, quiet guests. After a day of paddling on the Yough, it's nice to take a hot shower and a nap, then on to the next adventure. More
