My husband and I stayed for 1 night. Our room was non-smoking, but had a very strong old smoke smell. Bathroom shower walls were yellow stained in color with mildew on and around the facet area. We have always enjoyed staying at Hampton Inns and this one is not up to par. The hotel would benefit from being updated. more

Being that Carlisle is not exactly a major city, i wasn't expecting perfection. But this hotel is very nice for business travel. Nothing flashy but I don't need flashy for business. more

Booked for two nights. The front desk was unhelpful and distracted.Cramped, A two bed room which was more suited for one. Comfortable beds though. Found largeish dead bugs in the window. We always stay at Hampton Inns and always will. They are the best, but this one needs work. Smells moldy and damp and doesn't feel or smell clean. Staff very nice. I wouldn't believe this was a Hampton Inn if it weren't for the sign. more
