The bathrooms in this hotel are by far the smallest, cramped, no counter top space of any IHG hotel I have ever encountered. The most disappointing was the breakfast bar choices. Absolutely not meat choice was offered. There was no toaster at available. The coffee was OK. This hotel needs help.

Holiday Inn Express' quality has deteriorated in recent years. The first room we had the HVAC unit was extremely noisy. The rooms were small, the staff was okay but not exceptional. Looking for a quality hotel go elsewhere.

We stayed here because we were going to Sesame Place which was 20mins away. I like the hotel I just wished we wouldve had a refrigerator in our room because we had an infant and needed to keep her milk cool. Everything else was lovely and the staff was nice.
