Surprisingly tasteful decorations in the guest room as well as the lobby/lounge and dining room downstairs; you may forget that you aren't in a boutique hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently close to I-5. We hope to return soon.

Stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Newer hotel, comfortable bed with nice coverings. Included breakfast was very nice - either off the menu ($10 each) or full buffet included. Staff was very accomidating and friendly. Would stay there again.

The rate that includes breakfast really is a great deal for our guests. “Great Find”

Tucked away in the back of a nest lodgings is a big Holiday Inn. The rooms are large, clean, well appointed and very reasonably priced compared to say its HIE cousin a few hundred yards away. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant which is adequate. We'll be staying here again.

I frequent the Eugene area in business and am always happy to stay here. The property is new and clean, the rooms are quiet, the beds are comfy and the staff is great. Nice restaurant on property with a good bar and there are some other good dining opportunities within walking distance. My "Go To" hotel in this area!

Even though there were several high school sports teams staying there this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in! We heard no other sounds from our room. It was also very clean. The staff was nice and took a personal interest.

“Overnight stay for conference”

Hotel was clean; conference hosting was fine; room temperature control was great; staff were helpful and courteous; room ventilation was limited (no access to outside/fresh air). I did not sleep as well as I could have, considering the limited room ventilation, but that is my only complaint. Everything else was unexpectedly clean, and the staff were very helpful.
