This hotel is solidly average. It's convenient to the convention center and to the downtown restaurants and those are it's best points. Free breakfast is nice were it not for the surly hostess. “Comfortable Hotel a block from Beach.....”

Very clean and cozy hotel. One block from the Seaside prommenade. We booked the king size with jacuzzi and was still cheaper than the hotels on the beach. “Nice location, modern, inviting”

Most rooms overlooking river, a few short blocks from beach. Nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was fairly standard fare. Staff was very nice. Only problem is light on balcony which reflects into the bedroom through the night, notwithstanding the curtains and blind.

I don't walk well, so happyness is a room on the 1st floor which I got. My wife and I travel a lot and this has to be the friendliest, most professional place we have ever stayed. What a clean and well staffed hotel. The breakfast was very good, a little of everything. Every afternoon there were warm cookis in tnhe lobby and a smile from the staff member behind the counter. We will definately stay the next time we are in Seaside.

the best value and service in seaside! their breakfast is nice and robust. the gentleman who services the breakfast is always checking on items and replacing immediately when necessary. highly recommend!

We realized it was Spring Break, but made the reservations well in advance since it was our anniversary. We did get a corner room which was nice as the hotel was packed and a bit noisy at times.
