“Worst Customer Service Ever”

All I can say is that the manager on the desk was rude, surly, and when I expressed my displeasure was told that "I no longer had a reservation". She essentially kicked me out of the hotel because I wasn't happy with the service. Good luck.

We stayed two nights while in Salem. The room was quite clean and well maintained. We found the front desk staff rather passive on check in and check out - very little conversation and no thank you's in terms of our stay or our business. “Safe, convenient place to stay”

I stay here off and on for work in Salem. This hotel is in a safe area that you won't have to worry about your car in the parking lot. The staff are courteous but not overly friendly.
