My service experience was positive. Easy and quick check in. My best experience with this Hotel was Tricia, the Concierge. She outdid herself with recommendations for things to do in Portland, restaurants, directions, etc. Loved her!! My room was not what I would expect from a Mariott. We booked this hotel for a steal through a discounter website, and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was on the small side, but was clean, well-laid out, equipped with a flat screen, and quiet. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple.
