This is a charming B&B in a great location for Portland visitors. The rooms are small but have character. The shower/tubs, like most B&B's, are best for young couples who don't need a lot of room. The hosts are a delight. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. This is what a B& B is supposed to be. Excellent.

What can I add to the acolades being heaped on Ann and Jason's lovely home? We thoroughly enjoyed room 1 upstairs with the balcony view of those hens plus a private bath with clawfoot tub and heated floors. It's all good: clean, quiet, beautiful and thoughtful. The breakfast is out of this world. Fresh eggs from the girls out back! No frilly anything! Fabulous towels and sheets! Sweet hosts! On a wide street of lovely old homes, not far from places you'd like to go, especially if you are done with downtown P-land and want some neighborhood action....

The Clinton Street Guesthouse exudes charm. The rooms are beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Ann and Jason are wonderful hosts, and Ann's breakfasts are amazing. You are close to all the fun and buzz of Division St., but the guesthouse itself is a restful oasis. Highly recommended!
