The location must be what you're paying for because it certainly isn't the room. The room was small, no frig, furnishing old and worn, heating/cooling system ancient. This Courtyard is older (varnish on room furniture was peeling) but well-maintained with a friendly staff. My room had a bit of a view, and was very quiet.
